




Position: Human Resources Analyst Location: Belo Horizonte (Prado) Key Responsibilities: * Manages the full recruitment and selection process, receiving job requisitions via tickets, posting them on platforms, screening resumes, and conducting both active and passive candidate sourcing. * Contacts candidates via WhatsApp and recruitment platforms, schedules competency-based interviews—conducted either in person or remotely—and administers behavioral assessments (e.g., MAPA), analyzing the results. * Prepares candidate reports and evaluations and forwards them to the respective managers. * Coordinates the interview stage with managers and provides feedback to candidates—positive or negative—via WhatsApp or email. * Requests onboarding documentation and schedules admission medical exams through the SOC platform. * Upon completion, forwards all information to the HR Administration Department to proceed with the onboarding process. * Leads internal marketing campaigns and is responsible for institutional onboarding of new employees, conducted in person at headquarters, including company presentation and delivery of the welcome kit. * Conducts analysis and provides diagnostic assessments when evaluating candidates for potential internal promotion. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in resume screening, interview techniques, and candidate performance evaluation. * Experience in high-volume recruitment and selection across multiple job levels. * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
