Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks in indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring hygiene and organization of the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Performing minor repairs and other support tasks Responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks using appropriate materials and tools provided by the company, aiming to contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility’s indoor and outdoor areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including internal hygiene of buildings and office equipment. * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks, including external hygiene through grass trimming and land mowing. * Clean courtyards and dispose of waste generated in these areas to contribute to the company’s maintenance. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure suitable working conditions and prevent shortages of products needed for daily tasks. * Assist with additional tasks requested by the immediate supervisor to meet the company’s needs (e.g., painting and general cleaning). * Perform minor repairs as required. * Clean sanitary ware and maintain male and female restrooms in general, including disposal of waste generated in these areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** Field of Study: **Related Fields** Minimum Education Level: **Completed Elementary School** Desired Education Level: **Completed High School** With over five decades of presence in the country, we are Enaex Brasil, a subsidiary of Enaex S.A., a Chilean company with over 100 years of history and part of the Sigdo Koppers Group.
