Job Summary: We are seeking a Tax Assistant to support tax and Human Resources (HR) processes, including invoice issuance, tax classification, tax calculation, and employee assistance. Willingness to learn and strong communication skills **TAX ASSISTANT** **Location: Belo Horizonte/MG (Camargos neighborhood)** **Requirements:** · Completed high school education – a university degree is an advantage. · Easy access to the Camargos neighborhood/BH. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel – Intermediate level). · Availability for on-site work. · Willingness to learn. · Strong communication skills. · Experience in: issuing and recording invoices, tax classification, tax calculation, coordination with external accounting firms. Desired experience in: timekeeping calculation, employee assistance (some HR department tasks will be performed). **Main Responsibilities:** · Support tax registration and calculation processes, including: issuing and recording invoices, tax classification, and tax calculation. · Support HR department processes by providing internal employee assistance and timekeeping calculation. **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break, Monday through Friday (100% on-site).
