If you want to join a purpose-driven company with solid values and room to grow, **join Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Team Supervision:** Monitor and guide the financial products and services team, ensuring processes and customer service align with internal procedures, checklists, and company-established standards. **Financial Operations Management:** Oversee card operations and customer data quality, conducting training and monitoring stages including referrals, acquisition, customer service, document analysis, and submission to the credit desk. Ensure issuance and validation of customer enrollment agreements after approval, guaranteeing process compliance. **Performance and Goal Monitoring:** Continuously track key performance indicators such as sales of financial products and services, card activations, and installment transactions, identifying improvement opportunities. Implement operational adjustments, task redistribution, and campaign planning alongside the store manager, focusing on achieving and exceeding departmental goals. **Cash Management and Control:** Supervise cash register closing and organization, verifying cash amounts and ensuring accurate data entry into back-office systems. **Performance Analysis:** Evaluate results and hourly sales trends using back-office systems and Avantisys, developing recovery plans and alert points with the team based on collected data. **Compliance and Security:** Ensure adherence to credit opening policies and regulations set by the card issuer, standardizing processes and securing operations. **Market Analysis:** Observe competitor behavior—including campaigns, window displays, pricing, and customer traffic—and report insights and opportunities to the store manager. **Team Development and Engagement:** Keep the team trained, motivated, and aligned with Caedu’s values through meetings, feedback, and continuous follow-up.
