Job Summary: The professional will make outbound calls to customers to schedule consultations, provide assistance, and convert sales, as well as manage leads and campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Actively scheduling appointments and selling services/products. 2. Assisting customers by answering questions and scheduling consultations. 3. Managing leads and participating in seasonal campaigns. Makes calls to customers, typically for collections or to sell services, products, and plans from a pre-selected contact list. * Perform proactive actions for unpaid appointments; * Perform proactive actions for unconverted leads; * Perform proactive actions on Instagram/Social Media; * Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, procedures, service locations, etc.; * Schedule consultations; * Perform proactive messaging/calling to clients referred by clinics after procedures (Referral Program); * Perform proactive actions for seasonal campaigns; * Perform proactive actions for advancing appointments (first week of each month); * Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages and convert sales; * Register all received leads; * Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, procedures, service locations, etc.; * Schedule consultations according to standard time slots; * Reschedule consultations when necessary/requested; * Redirect customers to other departments when required.
