




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the repair process of damaged vehicles, from referral through to delivery to the customer, including parts quotation and procurement. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the entire repair process for damaged vehicles. 2. Monitors and manages repairs at workshops to ensure timely delivery. 3. Maintains contact with suppliers and provides customer service. **CLAIMS ANALYST** **\- Requirements:** Completed high school education, technical automotive knowledge, valid driver's license, and proficiency in computer applications. **\- Responsibilities:** Refer damaged vehicles for repair; quote and procure automotive parts; monitor and manage the repair process at workshops; ensure vehicle delivery to the member; maintain contact with product and service suppliers; provide customer service and feedback. **\- Experience:** Prior experience in the field; previous exposure to claims handling or mechanical services is preferred. **\- Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **\- Benefits:** Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 3\.000,00\+ Meal Allowance R$450.00/month \+ Health and Dental Insurance (Bradesco) \+ Transportation Benefit. \- **Location:** Vila Nova Esperança/Ibirité.
