




A technology company operating in the accounting sector and an official reseller of a market-established tax compliance solution is seeking a professional to work as a BDR, focusing on active prospecting and generating commercial opportunities. This is an on-site, strategic position aimed at expanding operations, responsible for making the first contact with potential customers and qualifying leads for the sales team. **Responsibilities** * Conduct active lead prospecting via phone, email, and social media. * Make initial contact with potential customers, clearly and concisely present the solution, and identify business opportunities. * Qualify leads according to defined criteria, schedule meetings for the commercial team, and keep CRM information up to date. * Follow established prospecting processes and routines to ensure pipeline organization and result predictability. **Requirements** * Prior experience of one to two years in commercial roles, preferably as a BDR, SDR, or inside sales representative. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with persuasive and negotiation abilities. * Experience using CRM systems and meeting commercial targets. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in B2B sales, especially within the technology, services, or accounting sectors. * Prior knowledge of the Ploomes CRM. **Compensation and Benefits** Market-competitive fixed salary, variable commission, meal allowance, transportation allowance, health and dental insurance (effective after probation period), and life insurance.
