Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** * Maintain and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with internal and regulatory requirements; * Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external audits, ensuring effective handling of any nonconformities; * Manage QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, ensuring ongoing control and updating; * Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, proposing actions for continuous improvement; * Promote the quality culture across departments by delivering training and guidance; * Support operational and administrative departments in applying ISO 9001:2015 requirements; * Conduct analyses of QMS-related nonconformities, ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Support certification, recertification, and customer audit processes; * Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at process efficiency and system compliance. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in industrial or corporate environments; * Solid knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard; * Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external audits; * Experience in document management and quality record control; * Experience analyzing performance indicators (KPIs); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification; * Experience with other management standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001); * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, MASP); * Experience with computerized Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Industrial environment experience (automotive, rail, or capital goods); * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Quality Management or related fields.
