You will deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will monitor contracts as Auditor or Manager, as designated by leadership, ensuring effective compliance with contractual terms and conditions, confirming that both parties—the contracting party and the contracted party—adhere to their agreed-upon obligations, while also ensuring compliance with internal regulations and policies, including transparency and accountability.
