




Job Summary: Mobility Consultant in BH focused on customer service, contract management, collections and adjustments, ensuring payment compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Customer negotiation and persuasion Position: Mobility Consultant Location: Belo Horizonte Main Responsibilities: * Provide exclusive customer service and deliver information to car subscription customers via phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail, and in person. * Register customers and cards in the management system. * Monitor current contracts to ensure they remain compliant. * Contact delinquent customers for contract collection. * Handle leads. * Perform annual adjustments. * Monitor vehicle mileage to ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Prepare spreadsheets and send invoices for payment. Requirements: * Familiarity with any management system and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong customer service skills. * Negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Prior experience in public-facing roles and sales is desirable.
