ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: * Supervise and guide the HR team’s work; * Understand and communicate the organization’s mission, vision, values, and policies; * Manage and ensure proper labor documentation for the organization; * Ensure process quality and team productivity; * Define recruitment and selection criteria and procedures; * Evaluate employee performance; * Establish job classification and compensation policies; * Foster internal communication and a positive organizational climate; * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy; * Participate in projects focused on advancing the company’s people-centered strategic initiatives; * Manage employee training and development programs; * Monitor HR KPIs (key performance indicators) and prepare management reports; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
