




**SALARY + HAZARDOUS DUTY ALLOWANCE** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service roles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, and Excel). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Greet and guide clients during their stay at the institution; record feedback including compliments, complaints, and suggestions; mediate conflicts and collaborate with relevant departments to reach solutions; introduce and promote satisfaction surveys and daily service requests; submit regular reports to management. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract Compensation: R$2,273.44 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
