Clean and organize work materials THE SOCIAL SERVICE FOR TRANSPORTATION (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under CNPJ/MF numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the scheduled shift. Candidates declining the position due to the assigned work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **Selection Process Timeline:** **SALARY:** R$ 2108\.33 **UNIT:** Rua Professor Amilcar Viana Martins, Jardim Vitoria \| Belo Horizonte MG \- 31975220 **Job Summary:** Performs cleaning services in internal and external environments and on furniture of the Operational Unit; replenishes supplies in restrooms; cleans and organizes work materials; provides support for events organized by the Unit; contributes to an environment conducive to carrying out institutional activities. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary education. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING SERVICES FOR OFFICE AND/OR CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or self-employed payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Basic concepts of hygiene and health, workplace organization and cleaning. Basic safety knowledge: Prevention of occupational accidents. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job functions. Quality of service. Workplace etiquette. Ethics. Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic installation equipment. Autonomous Social Services. Common knowledge inherent to the position.
