




A Fiscal Assistant is a professional who supports the company's fiscal department, ensuring the organization and control of tax-related documentation and information. ACTIVITIES * Record, verify, and organize incoming, outgoing, and service invoices, * Calculate taxes (ICMS, ISS, Simples Nacional, PIS, COFINS, among others) according to the applicable tax regime, * Assist in filing ancillary obligations, such as: SPED Contributions, SPED ICMS/IPI, DAPI, DEFIS, among others, * Issue tax payment slips and monitor deadlines, * Maintain control, organization, and archiving of fiscal documents, * Support the classification of operations for fiscal and tax purposes, * Provide support to the fiscal analyst in technical routines, analyses, and other departmental tasks.
