Job Summary: A professional responsible for billing orders, issuing tax invoices, managing transfers and cancellations, and organizing tax documents. Key Highlights: 1. Various billing and tax management activities 2. Issuance of various tax documents 3. Organization and filing of stubs Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields, as well as proficiency in financial analysis tools and ERP systems. Schedule: Weekly rotating shift (08:00–18:00 / 08:00–17:00, and Saturday 08:00–12:00); one day of remote work per week. Responsibilities: Order billing (issuance of tax invoices, bank slips, and XML files) according to dispatch requirements (weekly billing divided by region: Monday – São Paulo, Tuesday – Minas Gerais, Wednesday – São Paulo, Thursday – Northeast, Friday – South, Saturday – Rio de Janeiro). Issuance of inter-plant transfer documents according to warehouse and inventory controller requirements. Issuance of Correction Letters upon receipt of requests. Cancellation of tax invoices in compliance with current legislation. Issuance of packaging return invoices for third parties. Issuance of Cargo Manifests upon request for cargo release. Daily submission of cargo XML files to respective transport companies responsible for deliveries. Receipt, organization, and filing of stubs. Re-billing upon request from the incident handling department. Issuance of simple consignment invoices, scrap disposal invoices, and pallet invoices. Issuance of consignment return invoices. Issuance of storage consignment invoices. ICMS credit transfer invoices. ICMS ST supplementary invoices. Intercompany return invoices. Purchase return invoices.
