We are seeking an Administrative Assistant Intern to perform services at a medical clinic. The intern will greet patients, issue invoices, schedule appointments via phone and WhatsApp, manage social media posts, receive and manage clinic inventory, register patients on the digital platform, sell protocols, organize the reception area and medical rooms prior to patient arrival, and confirm doctors’ schedules the day before appointments. Perform a daily checklist of tasks completed within the clinic. Bonuses are available for appointments and protocol sales. We seek proactive individuals who excel in sales and communication. The clinic uses an integrated system for medical records, inventory, and finance. We are providing exclusive digital platform training for staff on reception, sales, marketing, and customer service.
