ConectarH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment and selection services as well as people management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Perform technical procurement for projects, construction, maintenance, and inventory replenishment. Conduct quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders according to internal demands. Support contract control and service provider management. Identify material, consumable, equipment, and tool requirements for operations. Manage supply chain and inventory, conducting periodic inventories and updating records of receipts and issuances. Organize and manage the warehouse, ensuring appropriate storage, safety, preservation, and correct distribution of materials (office supplies, cleaning supplies, PPEs, uniforms, and tools). Monitor material receipt, verifying compliance with specifications and invoices. Track, distribute, and collect PPEs and tools, ensuring proper usage conditions, control via record cards, and adherence to safety regulations. Request replenishments and ensure appropriate resource utilization, avoiding waste, losses, and obsolescence. Monitor supplier performance, focusing on quality, delivery timelines, and continuous improvement. Manage documentation and records related to procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes. Support the preparation of managerial and technical reports, including inventory, cost, scheduling, and supplier performance indicators. Conduct field surveys and measurements to support physical and financial control. Assist in planning and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring work orders and repair execution. Provide support to supply chain, engineering, and maintenance departments, collaborating with teams and contributing to operational process improvements. On-site work in Belo Horizonte / MG.
