Commitment to workplace organization and safety **CONSTRUCTION LABORER (WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE)** We currently have openings for Construction Laborers in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas. We seek dedicated professionals with physical stamina, team spirit, and interest in professional development. **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide support in construction site routines; * Perform loading, unloading, and handling of materials; * Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment; * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workplace. **Work Location:** Construction sites in Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region (no fixed office). **Desired Qualifications:** * Responsibility and commitment; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability for travel and overtime when required. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Compensation and Incentives:** * Salary starting from R$ 1.606,00 * Bonuses up to R$ 1.000,00 **Benefits Offered:** * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Attendance bonus * Medical assistance * Education assistance * Life insurance * SESI Club membership (after probation period) * Career and salary progression plan Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Up to R$1.766,60 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Profit-sharing * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
