JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for performing assembly, disassembly, and maintenance activities of industrial scaffolding, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance of structures used for working at heights, in accordance with technical standards and occupational safety regulations. **Responsibilities** Assemble and disassemble metal and tubular scaffolds according to project plans and technical specifications. Perform visual inspections and stability tests on structures before releasing them for use. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR\-18, NR\-35, and other applicable standards). Properly use tools and personal and collective protective equipment. Assist in marking and isolating the work area. Identify and report unsafe conditions or non-conformities. Maintain workplace organization and take care of equipment and materials under their responsibility. Work together with the maintenance team, supporting operational tasks involving work at height. JOB REQUIREMENTS Completed Elementary School education. High School education desirable; Experience as a Scaffolder in industrial environments.
