




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling, receiving, storing, and distributing materials on construction sites, ensuring organization and availability. Key Highlights: 1. Receive, inspect, and store materials according to invoices. 2. Control the entry and exit of materials in the warehouse. 3. Organize and identify materials in stock. The professional will be responsible for controlling, receiving, storing, and distributing construction site materials, ensuring organization, proper recordkeeping, and timely availability of supplies as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store materials according to invoices; * Control the entry and exit of materials in the warehouse; * Organize and identify materials in stock; * Conduct periodic inventory counts; * Request material replenishment when necessary; * Record transactions in systems or spreadsheets; * Support the construction team's operational needs; * Maintain material condition and integrity; * Comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience as a warehouse clerk, preferably in civil construction; * Knowledge of construction materials; * Basic understanding of inventory control; * Basic computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with TOTVS ERP system (Nucleus module); * Experience on medium- or large-scale construction projects. **Competencies:** * Organization; * Proactivity; * Attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Responsibility.
