Job Summary: A professional to assist on construction sites, preparing materials, supporting the team, performing maintenance, cleaning, and demolition tasks, always adhering to safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Site preparation and material handling 2. Assistance to construction team 3. Maintenance, cleaning, and safety **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday — 07:00 to 17:00. Friday — 07:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break. **Morning and Afternoon Snacks** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Site preparation and material handling:** Prepare the worksite, clean and compact soil, prepare concrete and mortar mixes, load and unload construction materials. * **Assistance to the team:** Supply masons and other professionals with required materials and tools for task execution. * **Maintenance and cleaning:** Maintain organization and cleanliness of the construction site and tools, perform minor equipment maintenance, and inspect equipment conditions for use. * **Demolition tasks:** Participate in demolition activities under supervision, removing debris and breaking masonry or concrete structures. * **Safety:** Follow safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents, especially in tasks involving heights, dust, or noise.
