Assist in the entire process of assembling and disassembling structures, handling parts and equipment, sorting and collecting materials, interacting with the entire team, and meeting on-site requirements. Load and unload equipment from the truck; Sort equipment and move it to the service location together with the team; Assemble drawer units for storing parts; Set up isolation of the assembly work area using collective protective equipment (CPE); Assist in assembling suspended scaffolding platforms; Thread the steel cable through the traction box and the fall arrest device, and coil excess steel cable onto reels; Test the functionality of accessories such as clamps, scissors, and base plates; Deliver equipment to assemblers upon request; Collect unused and/or disassembled parts and place them in a secure location designated by the supervisor for immediate removal; Ensure personal and team safety; Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) when performing tasks. **Requirements:** Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety Minimum one year of experience in operational roles such as construction assistant, construction laborer, or general assistant. **Education:** Minimum completed elementary school Vacancies available at SÃO PAULO and BELO HORIZONTE units
