Responsibilities: * Execute and control administrative routines for the services area. * Provide administrative support for the tool sharpener and grinder line: management and forecasting, replenishment of consumables, issuance of SENFs for material dispatch, etc. * Perform indirect procurement in accordance with service contract demands, including requesting and analyzing quotations, submitting them for validation, and monitoring deliveries according to agreed deadlines and commercial terms. * Monthly control of contract costs, billing, and expense allocations per cost center. * Arrange monthly billing by sending measurement reports to customers for approval, issuing invoices, and tracking completed billings. * Record labor/personnel costs into each cost center after receiving the monthly accounting report, coordinating with the manager to verify postings for accurate contract-level result reporting. * Provide all documentation required by customers for site access authorization and mobilization of personnel assigned to customer sites. * Provide uniforms, PPE, and other resources as required by the customer. Profile: * Mandatory experience in administrative routines for service contracts; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Advanced English proficiency.
