Responsibilities Implement the Last Planner System (LPS) for project planning and control Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and resources. Develop and monitor performance indicators, ensuring predictability and control of outcomes. Facilitate Change Management, promoting adoption of Lean best practices Resolve systemic and operational issues within construction contexts. Promote Lean culture through training and capacity-building, ensuring team alignment and engagement. Evaluate contractor performance, including productivity analysis, histograms, and practicality assessment. Conduct analyses of project planning and contractor planning. Propose recovery plans for identified deviations. Analyze workface release considering operational constraints. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Experience in highway construction projects. Knowledge of the Last Planner System (LPS) and Lean Construction. Experience in performance indicator management and performance analysis. Proficiency in Excel and MS Project. Willingness to work on-site in Minas Gerais.
