To pursue its development, G Mining Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fill the position of: **Electrical Designer\-Technician** **Summary of responsibilities** Under the supervision of the Lead Electrical Engineer, the incumbent will be part of the team dedicated to the electrical design and development of local and international mining projects. More specifically, he or she will be called upon to: * Prepare general, typical, and specific electrical arrangements for process plants at both the conceptual and detailed engineering levels. * Conceptualize 3D models. * Prepare general arrangement and 2D equipment location drawings following project\-specific electrical design and plant layout criteria. * Comment on supplier drawings to ensure accuracy of references and coordinates. * Develop engineering files and electrical distribution system models, drawings, sketches and plans. * Provide support during 3D model review to resolve electrical installation interferences. **Requirements** * Have a college diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent. * Have a minimum of five (5\) years of relevant experience, including in electrical network design. * Experience in construction of mining projects and/or international projects is a strong asset. * Good knowledge of modelling software such as Plant 3D, REVIT and Autocad is an asset. * Ability to communicate in French and/or English. **Abilities** * Good analytical, synthesis, problem solving and communication skills. * Good ability to work in a team environment. * Good organizational skills. * Autonomy and adaptability. * Sense of initiative. * Attention to detail. **Additional information** * Depending on the place of residence of the selected candidate, the position will be based at the G Mining Services office in Brossard, Canada or in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. * Possibility of working in hybrid mode (office and remote work). * Possibility of traveling abroad and in Canada depending on the availability of the candidate.
