WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Monitor daily productivity of the external sales team through spreadsheets and control tools. * Report daily sales results to the Regional Coordinator. * Define routes for the external sales team’s activities, in accordance with guidelines established with the Regional Coordinator. * Supervise the external sales representatives in your region, providing feedback, training, and development initiatives to ensure productivity and achievement of regional sales targets. * Serve as the liaison between the Regional Coordinator and the team, ensuring effective communication of guidelines, results, and operationally relevant information. * Occasionally participate in company-sponsored events, representing the brand, presenting products and services, and reinforcing the company’s institutional image. WHAT WE NEED: * Completed high school education * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Experience in sales * Driver's license category B PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in door-to-door sales * Team management experience DOES THIS POSITION MATCH YOUR PROFILE?
