RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS **Your responsibilities will include:** * Organizing and facilitating Daily Stand\-ups, Sprints, Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings; * Assisting in organizing and prioritizing the backlog (with guidance); * Acting as a facilitator between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; * Supporting backlog refinement and ensuring the team understands acceptance criteria; * Ensuring information is always visible and up\-to\-date; * Supporting the team in applying Scrum in daily activities. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS **We are looking for someone who has:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban); * Experience implementing and ensuring application of Agile practices; * Experience leading ceremonies such as Daily Stand\-ups and Planning meetings; * Strong communication skills with the team; * Ability to manage processes and tasks; * Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high\-quality results. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * PSM I and/or TKP/KMP I certification; * Kanban certification; ADDITIONAL INFORMATION What can you expect from us?
