Being here means working on innovative engineering and manufacturing projects to achieve greater productivity, drive growth, and meet sustainability commitments — surrounded by cutting-edge technologies such as AR/VR, cloud, AI, 5G, robotics, and digital twins to transform how products are designed and manufactured. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Analyze and gather business requirements related to industrial maintenance processes, ensuring departmental needs are translated into efficient systemic solutions. * Work with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), supporting configuration, improvement, and utilization of the module in maintenance processes. * Provide process and technology recommendations focused on maintenance order management, inventory control, operational reporting, and quality assurance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of industrial processes. * Standardize and support automation of operational processes, enhancing efficiency and consistency in operations. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements, contributing to solutions that deliver measurable results for operations. * Participate in technical and business discussions, contributing solutions and continuous improvements for maintenance and operational processes. **What We’re Looking for in the Person Joining Our Team:** * Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). * Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance processes and maintenance order management. * Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. **In addition, desirable knowledge includes:** * Business process modeling knowledge.
