We are looking for a professional to work as an **SAP S/4HANA Project Manager** for a strategic client, supporting the **continuation of the SAP S/4HANA implementation**, ensuring governance, adherence to deadlines, cost control, delivery quality, and integration among business areas, IT, and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage the **continuation and evolution of the SAP S/4HANA implementation project**, ensuring alignment with the defined roadmap. Plan, monitor, and control the project’s **scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies**. Serve as the **single point of contact among business areas, internal IT, implementation partners, and vendors**. Lead project governance activities: * Executive status reports * Steering committees * Risk, issue, and change request management Ensure application of **project management methodologies** (PMI, Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid). Coordinate activities across functional, technical, and data streams (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, Basis, integrations, master data, etc.). Monitor integrated testing (SIT), UAT, cutover, and go\-live. Support the client in **organizational change management**, communication, and stakeholder alignment. Ensure compliance with SAP quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **More than 5 years of experience managing SAP projects**, with significant involvement in **SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects**. Proven experience in **medium- and large-scale SAP projects**. Solid understanding of the **SAP project lifecycle** (Blueprint/Explore, Build, Test, Deploy, and Run). Hands-on experience with **SAP Activate** (a highly desirable qualification). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex environments. Strong **communication, negotiation, and leadership skills**. Experience in financial project control (budget, forecast, hours, contracts). Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (as required by the client context). Strong communication skills, a consulting mindset, and ability to interact effectively with business and IT teams. Desirable: Certification in **PMP, PMI\-ACP, Scrum Master**, or equivalent. Prior experience in **S/4HANA rollouts, carve\-outs, or upgrades**. Knowledge of **SAP integrations (PI/PO, CPI, APIs)**. Experience in regulated or highly governed environments. Background in SAP consulting firms or major SAP integrators.
