




Responsibilities: Quality control of doughs, sensory analysis, moisture testing, shelf-life evaluation, titration analysis of oil, blocking and disposition of products under SAP system review, monitoring the initial production process including evaluation and disposition of doughs, final product inspection—including verification of coding, packaging, weight, evaluation, and release of finished products—ensuring consumer quality. These inspections are conducted by technicians as follows: 10% bench analysis; the remaining 90% performed on the factory floor, monitoring the product through to completion. Requirements: Completed technical course in chemistry. Relevant work experience. Flexible availability for working hours.
