**What you need to apply for this position:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (in Accounting, Finance, or related fields); * Proven experience in internal/external auditing; * Postgraduate degree in Auditing, Finance, or Risk Management is desirable; * Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL; Python is a plus); * Thorough knowledge of the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA). * Must reside in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo city. **Your day-to-day responsibilities as an educator:** * Plan and conduct high-complexity audits; * Coordinate tasks and supervise junior/senior analysts; * Draft executive reports with strategic recommendations; * Identify emerging risks and propose control improvements. **We offer three work models: on-site, hybrid, and remote.** **Here’s how the model works for this position:** Schedule: Hybrid (2 days on-site), 8:30 AM–6:30 PM (Mon–Thu), 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Fri), with a 1-hour break.
