




Job Summary: Nutrition internship focused on nutritional screening, patient classification, menu evaluation, clinical case discussions, and hospital discharge planning. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct nutritional screening and patient classification 2. Participate in multidisciplinary clinical case discussions 3. Define hospital discharge plans and provide patient guidance **Responsibilities:** * Perform nutritional screening of patients receiving oral therapy according to age group. * Classify these patients into levels of nutritional care to determine follow-up requirements. * Make appropriate adjustments to menus and assess the need for supplementation for patients classified at yellow and red levels. * Conduct daily nutritional assessments of patients receiving enteral therapy to verify diet acceptance and tolerance. * Participate in clinical case discussions with the multidisciplinary team. * Define hospital discharge plans starting from patient admission, guiding patients and their families regarding post-discharge care. **Requirements:** Students enrolled from the 4th semester of a Nutrition program. **Schedule:** Morning or afternoon, Monday through Friday.
