Job Summary: PROAUTO is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inspection Operator to conduct on-site/remote inspections, identify damages, and interact with clients and team members. Key responsibilities for this position: * Conduct on-site and/or remote vehicle inspections for acceptance, renewal, or claims purposes; * Identify and record damages, general conditions, and possible modifications (e.g., armor plating or alterations); * Contact clients with pending documentation and/or inspection requirements; * Use specific applications and systems to register inspections; * Ensure clarity and accuracy of collected information; * Meet defined deadlines and schedules while maintaining good calendar organization; * Report inconsistencies or suspected fraud; * Interact with consultants and internal team members for clarifications and alignment. Working Hours: 09:12 to 19:00 Requirements: * Completed high school education * Knowledge of vehicle structure, damage identification, and assessment standards; * Basic knowledge of auto insurance is desirable.
