We would love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop advertising materials for sales, after-sales, and internal marketing campaigns; * Create effective and attractive point-of-sale (POS) materials; * Produce layouts for various media, ensuring visual consistency and impact; * Design and develop graphic materials for social media, events, and other needs of Grupo Roma; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; * Prior experience in graphic design, preferably within advertising agencies, communication companies, or related areas; * Desired expertise in graphic design techniques, layout creation, image editing, advertising material production, and prepress knowledge; * Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate management. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Belo Horizonte/MG;** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance, with no employee contribution; * Diverse partnerships and agreements (universities, language schools, etc.); * “Welcome Baby” Program; * “I Recommend Roma” Program; * Partnership with SESC, offering access to theaters, hotels, excursions, and other activities; * Discounts on products and services offered by Grupo Roma companies.
