All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control the scheduling and monitoring of preventive, predictive, and corrective fleet maintenance. * Monitor maintenance deadlines, ensuring vehicle and equipment availability for operations. * Track the opening, updating, and closing of service orders. * Control vehicle entry and exit from the workshop, monitoring the status of each maintenance activity. * Manage documentation control, maintenance history, and vehicle records. * Support planning of maintenance shutdowns, minimizing operational impact. * Prepare maintenance reports and indicators, such as fleet availability, downtime, backlog, and preventive plan compliance. * Monitor spare parts, service, and material consumption, keeping controls up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Experience in fleet, workshop, or equipment maintenance control. * Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, PivotTables, charts, spreadsheet management). * Knowledge of administrative routines and indicator tracking. * Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks. **Desirable** * Experience in transportation, mining, equipment leasing, or logistics companies. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems (ERP or CMMS). * Basic knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance indicators, such as fleet availability, MTBF, MTTR, and backlog. * Driver’s license Category B. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical mindset. * Proactivity. * Strong communication skills. * Prioritization ability. * Teamwork. * Results orientation and continuous improvement. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** Dedicated 24/7 confidential support channel for you and your family, providing psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and teenagers’ education is.
