Join us too! **Opportunity:** Expedition Assistant **Summary of responsibilities:** Issuance, monitoring, and control of documents related to cargo transportation. **Responsibilities:** * Issuance, monitoring, and control of documents related to cargo transportation. * Issuance, monitoring, and control of documents related to cargo transportation. * Operate the control system by registering necessary data and information for transportation; * Stay informed about fleet scheduling to carry out vehicle expedition tasks; * Issue legal and transport control documents, such as CTe (Electronic Freight Bill); * Perform control and archiving of all legal and control documentation; * Conduct inspections on contracted vehicles to ensure safety during transportation services; * Receive delivery confirmation documents and discharge CTe to register them in the system, close weekly transported volumes, and perform other necessary controls; * Register owners and drivers of contracted (third-party) vehicles; * Provide support to customers, company drivers, and third-party drivers regarding transportation operations, new routes, accidents, and other incidents. **Working hours:** 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 3x3 shift schedule\.
