If you too are driven by dreams, results, and people, join us at Sólides! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Collaborating with development teams from conception through delivery; * Analyzing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and quality; * Defining test strategies (functional, exploratory, regression, integration, etc.); * Creating and maintaining automated tests; * Supporting TMs and PMs in decision-making using quality metrics; * Identifying technical and functional risks and proposing preventive actions; * Contributing to the continuous evolution of quality processes and practices; * Helping strengthen the quality culture across the entire team. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Solid knowledge of software testing and testing techniques; * Experience with test automation using: Cypress, Jest, K6; * Knowledge of JavaScript; * Strong understanding of programming logic; * Experience with API testing; * Experience with quality metrics (e.g., defects, recurrence, coverage, SLA, etc.); * Familiarity with agile environments and continuous integration (CI/CD). **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience with quality metrics, indicators, and product quality analysis; * Prior experience serving as a QA reference within the team; * Knowledge and experience with shift-left testing; * Interest in quality as a strategic discipline, not just an operational one. **Still unsure whether Sólides is the right place for you?
