Job Summary: Marista Brasil is seeking an Educational Counselor to monitor student development, provide counseling, and collaborate with the pedagogical team. Key Highlights: 1. In this role, you can make a difference through the following activities: * Monitor and guide students’ academic, social, and emotional development * Conduct counseling and vocational guidance activities * Collaborate with teachers and coordinators in implementing pedagogical strategies * Serve as a liaison among the school, students, and families to facilitate communication and conflict resolution * Participate in developing and implementing the institution’s pedagogical project * Collect and analyze data on student performance and well-being * Refer students to specialized support services when necessary **Requirements for this role:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Psychology * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Educational Counseling **Additional requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an Educational Counselor or in similar roles * Strong communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team * Knowledge of current educational policies and guidelines * Familiarity with counseling and student monitoring techniques We seek individuals who believe in the power of education and the strength of human relationships.
