This person will work on **cloud infrastructure**, supporting the administration and transformation of environments that host our applications, with emphasis on availability, performance, security, and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the operation of our Kubernetes-based platform, contributing to continuous delivery automation, monitoring observability practices, and collaborating with development teams — always supported by more experienced colleagues. We seek someone with a **curious, proactive, hands-on, and genuinely eager-to-learn mindset**; we value potential and attitude more than an extensive resume. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support maintenance and evolution of CI/CD pipelines, contributing automation and improvements. * Participate in Kubernetes platform operations, applying and adjusting manifests under team guidance. * Contribute to writing and maintaining Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC). * Collaborate with development teams on questions regarding pipelines, deployments, and integrations. * Monitor metrics, dashboards, and alerts from our observability stack, helping identify areas requiring attention. * Participate in building dashboards and alerts, under guidance. * Support maintenance tasks for messaging services, queues, and other platform components. * Support cost optimization initiatives (FinOps), contributing analyses and implementing adjustments. * Support production incident response after an initial adaptation period, learning workflows alongside the team. * Document procedures, automations, and learnings to enhance shared team knowledge. * Actively participate in technical discussions, raising questions, doubts, and suggestions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid Linux fundamentals (command line, permissions, processes, logs). * Basic networking, DNS, and web protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, TLS) knowledge. * Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. * Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and its use cases. * Basic familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Oracle Cloud, or others). * Technical English for reading documentation. **YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:** ---------------------------------- * Prior experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes (even in personal projects or courses). * Scripting in Bash and/or Python for simple automation. * Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalents). * Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents). * Practical experience with AWS, Oracle Cloud, or another cloud provider. * Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or equivalents). * AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, LPIC, or similar certification. * Participation in open-source projects, hackathons, or personal infrastructure-related projects. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary package aligned with market standards; * Flexible Benefit Plan (you choose how to use it according to your needs: culture, transportation apps, subscriptions, fitness, meals, etc.); * Unimed Unipart Health Plan; * Career Development Path; * Remote/Hybrid Work \- Belo Horizonte; * Birthday Day Off; * Short Friday; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment.
