Gathering information from other team members to provide complete information to customers. Monitoring follow-ups on customer requests. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technical program in Engineering, IT, or Administration. Basic knowledge of documents: IRRF, FGTS, and personal identification documents. Basic knowledge of percentage calculations.
