Job Summary: An internship at Kumon education center to assist with administrative tasks, parent and student communication, and material organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in enrollment processes and document management 2. Assistance in organizing and administering educational assessments 3. Help with using the Kumon Connect platform Industry: Kumon education. Schedule: Monday to Friday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 12:30 PM to 6:30 PM (flexible schedule) Stipend: R$ 1\.000,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ Life insurance Location: Avenida Uruguai, Sion, Belo Horizonte REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION Currently enrolled in: Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields (graduation expected starting June 2026\) Strong communication skills. Attention to detail; RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive parents and guardians in person, via WhatsApp, and by phone, providing information courteously and clearly. Assist with enrollment, re-enrollment, and cancellation procedures, organizing documents and updating records in the system. Enter payment records, verify amounts, and ensure data accuracy. Support the administration and organization of assessments such as the Assimilation Test and Diagnostic Test, preparing materials and guiding families. Submit material requests directly to the franchise headquarters according to unit needs. Periodically verify, organize, and count materials (inventory), ensuring stock control (worksheets, BRK, pencils, envelopes, etc.). Prepare and verify study sheets, sorting activities and organizing materials for service delivery. Assist with Kumon Connect usage, helping parents and students with access, activity submission, and simple inquiries. Record important information such as attendance and time logs.
