Main Activities and Responsibilities Support daily administrative activities at the school; Organize documents, registrations, spreadsheets, and reports; Provide in-person, telephone, and email customer service to students, parents/guardians, and suppliers; Assist with student enrollment and re-enrollment processes; Control and archive academic and administrative documents; Support the finance and academic departments with data entry, billing, and record keeping; Purchase office supplies and track orders; Maintain an organized and functional administrative environment; Contribute to clear and efficient communication among institutional departments. Requirements Completed high school (technical or higher education in Administration or related fields is preferred); Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word); Strong oral and written communication skills; Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail; Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
