We are certain that, day after day, we build the future we want — and this future is reflected in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **\#GreenBlood!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Map and analyze procurement area processes, identifying failures, risks, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct root cause analyses (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.) and propose structured action plans. * Lead and monitor PDCA cycles and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support operational teams with tools, methods, and process standardization, ensuring efficiency. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Develop and review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), ensuring standardization and clarity in process execution. * Collaborate integrally with Tax, Finance, Procurement, and Legal departments to resolve structural issues. * Train and guide other departments on procurement processes, promoting alignment and standardization. * Perform follow-up on invoices with internal departments and suppliers, ensuring proper workflow until final resolution. * Support the structuring and improvement of invoice receipt and inbound processes, ensuring document entry quality and agility. **Technical Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in process management and analysis (procurement, finance, or related areas). * Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Lean, Six Sigma). * Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with SAP (MM/FI) or other ERPs. **Behavioral Skills:** * Analytical and systemic vision to identify root causes and propose structured solutions. * Strong communication skills and clarity when conveying information across departments. * Collaborative mindset, acting as a partner to the operational team. * Organized and results-oriented, with discipline in tracking action plans. * Negotiation and influence capabilities, fostering engagement and cross-departmental alignment. * Resilience and adaptability, capable of handling pressure and shifting priorities.
