We are certain that, day after day, we build the future we desire — and this future is embodied in our purpose: **building dreams that transform the world.** Join us as **#BeGreenBlood**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical analysis and approval of civil construction materials (structural, finishes, hydraulic, electrical, among others). * Verify compliance with ABNT standards, applicable NBRs, and other technical regulations. * Request, monitor, and interpret laboratory tests and conformity certificates. * Develop, monitor, and ensure maintenance of the approved materials database, including proactive supplier de-approval workflows. * Monitor execution of technical tests and trials conducted on-site, ensuring approved materials perform as specified. * Interact with suppliers to collect technical documentation and clarify product-related questions. * Prepare technical opinions and approval reports. * Track regulatory updates and requirements from Caixa Econômica Federal related to the MCMV program. * Participate in internal technical committees and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Procurement departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Advanced knowledge of ABNT and NBR technical standards applicable to civil construction (with focus on residential projects). * Familiarity with laboratory testing processes (e.g., strength, durability, performance). * Proficiency in Caixa Econômica Federal’s technical requirements for the MCMV program. * Ability to read and interpret technical data sheets, test reports, and conformity certificates. * Knowledge of quality management systems and material control processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and document management tools.
