Tecal is a company specialized in manufacturing and marketing electrical materials. With a broad product range, it serves both residential and industrial markets. **Responsibilities:** Identify workplace hazards—both internal and external—to ensure proper contract execution. Develop and implement onboarding training programs based on the Regulatory Standards (NRs) specific to performed activities, and disseminate occupational safety regulations. Assign Tecal employees to designated work locations according to demand. Inspect Tecal employees' activities as well as their use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and fire-protection equipment. Position requires on-site work in Contagem / MG. Previous experience as Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Consultant, or Safety Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role.
