Here, you will experience the department’s daily routine, putting into practice knowledge acquired during your undergraduate studies, monitoring processes related to food quality, good practices, food safety, and customer service — always supported by experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitoring meal production;
* Assisting in food quality and safety processes (e.g., completing checklists, monitoring sample collection, among others);
* Preparing reports \- under supervision;
* Conducting training sessions and DDS \- under supervision;
* Monitoring restaurant production at MTC;
* Monitoring MTC concessionaires;
* Applying quality checklists based on RDC 216\.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Nutrition
Completed or nearing completion of the 5th semester.
Completed courses in Food Microbiology and Food Hygiene and Legislation / Food Safety.
The following coursework will be considered as an advantage:
* Food Processing
* Menu Planning
* Dietetic Techniques
* Management in Meal Production I (UAN)
**Additional Information** **Internship Schedule:** 09:00 to 15:00
**Work Rotation:** 5x2 shift rotation with weekends off (Saturday/Sunday alternation)
**Weekly Hours:** 06 hours
**Location:** Minas I Unit
**Stipend:** R$
