Job Summary: The professional will perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, roofs, and similar structures, as well as construct and provide guidance for civil works. Key Highlights: 1. Perform corrective maintenance on various structures 2. Guide the selection of materials and execution of work 3. Construct foundations, walls, and retaining walls Follow safety regulations, using required PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) in all activities;\- Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures;\- Guide the selection of appropriate materials and optimal methods for work execution;\- Guide the composition of mixtures—cement, sand, stone—proportioning quantities to achieve desired mortar;\- Lay bricks, tiles, masonry units, and related materials;\- Construct foundations, erect walls, retaining walls, and similar structures;\- Apply scratch coat, base coat, and finish plaster to constructed structures;\- Assemble and disassemble scaffolding for desired construction tasks;\- Perform corrective maintenance on roofs; Follow instructions from engineers, site supervisors, and technicians;\- Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment Compensation: R$2\.631,20 per month Benefits: * Food basket Work Location: On-site
