Job Summary: Product Analyst in the Financial Engineering area, responsible for supporting budget control, participating in technical studies, and creating managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Create and present managerial reports with KPIs and action plans **We are hiring: Product Analyst – Financial Engineering (Contagem/MG)** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **area budget control** and monitor planned vs. actual costs; * Participate in **technical studies** concerning the introduction of new products or modifications to existing ones; * Create and present **managerial reports** with KPIs and action plans to improve processes; * Organize information in **spreadsheets, SharePoint, and internal systems**; * Interact with internal departments such as **Product Engineering, Finance, and Procurement**, as well as suppliers and service providers; * Ensure achievement of **project KPIs**; * Attend meetings (including in English) and collaborate proactively with global teams. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields); * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)**; * **Intermediate English** (required for meetings and reports); * Programming knowledge (preferred). **Position Details:** * Location: Contagem/MG * Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Salary Range: R$ 4.500,00 to R$ 6.000,00 * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract * Hiring Purpose: Headcount expansion Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
