Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to consolidate and maintain financial databases, support closings and budgeting, and automate processes—contributing to analysis and decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Consolidate and maintain financial databases. 2. Support monthly closing, budget vs. actual analysis, and budget/forecasting. 3. Work on process automation and improvement, as well as data analysis. Description: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: * Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Finance); * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of FP\&A, corporate finance, and P\&L (Profit and Loss Statement); * Prior experience with financial databases and performance indicators; * Logical reasoning, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy; * Willingness to learn and grow technically within a collaborative environment. IT'S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE: * Power BI knowledge; * Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or VBA). ON A DAILY BASIS, YOU WILL: * Consolidate and keep financial databases up to date, ensuring data integrity and consistency; * Support the area’s monthly closing by contributing analyses of budget vs. actuals and monitoring allocations and results (P\&L/Income Statement); * Participate in budget and forecast consolidation, supporting the FP\&A team in organizing and cross-referencing data; * Automate and improve spreadsheets and internal processes to enhance efficiency and standardization of deliverables; * Extract, process, and analyze data to support managers and finance teams in decision-making; * Collaborate with various departments to understand needs, propose solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and management routines. 2511260202401870694
