Contract management and performance indicators **Job Summary** Professional responsible for analyzing and managing the document management platform and processes, ensuring their updating, maintenance, and continuous improvement. Works on document automation and integration across systems, ensuring organization, traceability, and compliance with corporate standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate updates, improvements, and maintenance of the Electronic Document Management (GED) platform; * Automate document import and export processes across different platforms and systems; * Ensure document integrity, organization, and traceability in accordance with corporate standards; * Review and update procedures, standards, and workflows related to document management; * Control access, users, and permissions within the GED platform, ensuring compliance with Information Security policies; * Manage contracts related to document management, monitoring deadlines, obligations, and fulfillment of contractual clauses; * Monitor and manage performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to document management; * Conduct performance meetings with vendors and partners involved in document management services; * Support requesting departments in defining scope for new requirements related to Long-Term Agreements (LTAs); * Evaluate and manage managerial control items for each contract under responsibility; * Ensure structured digital archiving of documents throughout the entire lifecycle of LTAs; * Fill in, review, and register information in corporate systems related to contract management; * Ensure documentary compliance and consolidate information for performance analysis, audits, and SSMA (Health, Safety, and Environment) evaluations (monthly, quarterly, and contract closure); * Monitor and track routine contract management indicators; * Develop and manage contractual risk identification and mitigation processes; * Prepare and monitor contractual notifications when required; * Comply with and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures, recording and reporting any non-conformities; * Maintain workplace organization, preservation, and cleanliness; * Stay updated on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the role; * Perform other related activities within the area of responsibility, as directed by leadership. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in Electronic Document Management (GED) and corporate document management; * Experience in contract document management and control, preferably long-term contracts (LTAs); * Knowledge of document automation and integration across systems; * Experience in managing access, users, and permissions on digital platforms, aligned with Information Security guidelines; * Experience in managing performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs); * Critical analytical skills, document organization ability, and process control; * Knowledge of audit and documentary compliance processes, including Health, Safety, and Environment (SSMA) evaluations; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal departments, vendors, and partners; * Ability to organize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
